Throughout
the company’s history, we have invested in the latest
technology and the widest range of machinery possible,
enabling us to offer our customers a single source of
supply.
Recent acquisitions have included wire
erosion machinery with a huge 410mm capacity in Z (height) and
a Mazak Integrex 300 S with 5 Axis, high-speed capabilities
and sub-spindle (we are specialist in hard turning and
milling). We are also able to program direct from a customer’s
own drawing or 3D model.
All of the components to leave
our factory will be either part batch inspected or 100%
inspected dependent on customer’s requirements.
Our
quality system is one of the processes we follow at HYDROWE
and is fully traceable. In the unlikely event that there is an
issue with a job that was supplied, our records will show who
supplied the material, which operators performed each
operation, details of any heat treatment or surface treatment,
who inspected the job with a backup date of up to two
years. |
